The Revolutionary Health & Fitness Difference

There are so many different trainers, companies and gimmicks out there today, that it can be stressful just figuring out which way to go. Whichever way you decide to go, make sure you do your research so no harm comes to you now or in the future.

When it comes to Personal Training, it is an easy thing to beat someone up and make them sweat during a training session. In order to have the correct impact on the body and to perform exercise in the proper form, a trainer must have the proper training and education. If not properly educated, serious injury may occur. There are many legitimate trainers out there that know what they are doing. I do not want to demean any trainers or their certifications, but so many have been certified through vague weekend courses. As with any school program, a student can pass with average grades and little or no understanding of the curriculum.

This is not the case with Revolutionary Health & Fitness. After studying Physical Education and Sports & Recreation at S.U.N.Y Delhi, where I earned my A.A.S I attended The National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, FL. The National Personal Training Institute is one of the most in depth and informative programs in the country. It includes over 500 hours of Theory & Practice, Nutrition, Anatomy & Physiology, as well as the Practical Application of Personal Training. For five (5) days a week and six (6) hours a day I studied in a classroom setting as well as applied my knowledge each day with classmates and clients in the weight room and outdoors. Working hard and studying diligently allowed me to graduate at the top 5% of my class.

In addition to my Master Personal Training Diploma, I have worked in the Physical Therapy field for 2 years. In doing so I gained more knowledge dealing with a wide variety of disabilities, injuries and surgeries. Using proper treatment, resistance training and clinical stretching, I aided in the recuperation of many patients.

I have also been certified in Yoga instruction. Throughout every clients program I integrate the use of yoga to keep the muscles loose, improve muscle stability and develop core strength. By performing regular stretching and/or yoga on a regular basis we also help prevent possible injury and decrease muscle soreness.

With the extensive education and the long term experience I have encountered, you can rest assured that you will get safe workouts, close attention and certifiable results. Remember, working out is only part of the battle; healthy and fit is a lifestyle in itself. Commit yourself to yourself and you can achieve anything.
