Revolutionary Health and Fitness - FAQs

Q. Who are your services designed for?
Anyone and everyone. If you truly want to make a life change and are willing to work hard to get there, then Revolutionary Health & Fitness is for you.

Q. How long will it take to see results?
Some people see results within the first month. Most people, however, will feel changes in the first month rather than seeing them. The body must get out of its mundane routine and “reboot” so to speak. After that, as long as you truly hold yourself accountable and follow your trainers guidance, you will be well on your way to seeing the results you want.

Q. What about dieting and the magic pill?
What most of us fall back on…fad diets and pills. If these things really worked effectively and safely there wouldn’t be so many of them. Not only that, there wouldn’t be so much obesity in America. Diets and pills may work for some people, and they may get results fast, but they are dangerous to our health. These options are not only unhealthy, they are unnatural and most people gain all if not most weight back when they go back to their normal lifestyle. Just eat right and do some sort of exercise a few times a week. Remember, healthy is a lifestyle…. let your body lose it naturally, healthily, and keep it off for good!

Q. Do I need a Personal Trainer, or can I do it on my own?
We all have the ability to get healthy and fit on our own, but there is so much information out there about what the "right way" is to get in shape. There are so many deceiving ads for food, equipment and programs that you really have to do your research and be safe. When it comes down to it, you know what is healthy and what is not. Anything that promises fast results with little or no effort will usually lead to dilemmas in your future, whether it's gaining back every pound you lost, or becoming ill.

A Personal Trainer is not for everyone, some trainers may not work well with you, or vice versa. If you are interested, try out a couple sessions here and there with a few trainers. Usually you can tell if they’re the “real deal” or pulling a fast one on you. If you ever feel a trainer is trying to SELL you, I’d say high tail it out of there. Personal Training shouldn’t be a thing pushed on someone. Find a person or place you are willing to work with, and go for it.
